A reminder that all sponsor items for our Novacoast employee Welcome Bags and other included sponsorship items (banners/chair drops if applicable) must be received at our Tempe office by June 28th. Welcome Bag items (qty. 100, no flyers please).

You will NOT need to send your full booth kit (tablecloths, banners, back-wall, etc.) unless asked specifically for any of those items, as we will not have Sponsor Booths at this event.

Be sure to include return shipping labels for any items that you will need returned post-event. Novacoast will assume NO responsibility for returning your items.
